Food: Pairs wonderfully with mussels, crab, asparagus, duck, eggs and waffles.

Sour, sour, but good.

Too much one-dimensional souness for me
As a gueuze lover, I was excited to try this as I hadn't been able to get it in Switzerland before. Unfortunately I didn't make it through the bottle: everything else is swamped by the acidity. Perhaps I had a bad bottle.
