HORAL stands for Hoge Raad voor Ambachtelijke Lambiekbieren, which is Dutch for High Council for Artisanal Lambic Beers.
Founded in 1997, HORAL is an association of traditional lambic breweries and gueuze blenders in the Pajottenland and Brussels region of Belgium.
