Champagne beer

Champagne beer is a style of beer that distinguishes by its sparkling quality and its dry, champagne-like taste. It udergoes the same process as Champagne (methode champenoise). It has a very light color and is often brewed with champagne yeast, which contributes to its characteristic taste and high carbon dioxide content.
