Nestled in Sint-Sylvestre-Cappel in the interior of Flanders, the 3 MONTS brewery is a family-owned and independent brewery since 1920 (4 generations). It takes its name from the mountains that surround it: Mont des Récollets, Mont Cassel and Mont des Cats.
