Style and Colour: Beer aged in cognac barrels.
Taste: Yeast, wood and malt aromas with subtle cognac flavours on the finish.
Alcohol: 12.8 % ABV
Drinking Temperature: 10 - 12 °C
Fermentation: The beer remained for more than 9 months in oak barrels that had contained cognac. The wood was therefore impregnated with cognac, which means that there was a transfer of aromas to the beer.

Food: Particularly appreciated as a dessert with a pear tarte tatin for example.
