Fermentation: A blend of 2 and 3 year-old Lambics, aged in Rhum and Cognac barrels and subsequently bottled in 2023.This unique blend is the result of a collaboration between Brasserie Cantillon and Cognac Grosperrin.

The Brewery: Cantillon is a traditional lambic brewer and blender located in Anderlecht Brussels, founded in 1900 by Cantillon family. Since 1970, it is owned and led by Jean-Pierre Van Roy.

Origin: 50 Degrees North - 4 Degrees East is the general location of Brussels in terms of geo-coordinates.
