Style and Colour: Spontaneous Ales aged in oak barrels.

Fermentation: Meditation is a blend of ales that have been barrel-aged for up to three years. The older ales offer a dry, oak character while the younger reveal softer, sweeter tones.
The Brewery: Jitka tasted her first spontaneous beer in Belgium back in 2011 and immediately fell in love. Being a winemaker herself and with her husband running a small local brewery, it was not long before Jitka decided to combine these two worlds to found the Wild Creatures Brewery.
Food: Excellent as an aperitif.
