Style and Colour: Apricot Lambic
Taste: The sweetness of the apricots works wonders with the intensity of the lambic.
Alcohol: 5.5 % ABV
Drinking Temperature: 6° C
Fermentation: All the meat from the apricot is added to the barrels of lambic, which is at least one year old. After four months of fermentation in a stainless steel tank and another in the bottle, the beer contains about 300 grams of fruit per liter of beer.

Origin: Lambic is a type of beer brewed in the Pajottenland region of Belgium southwest of Brussels. It is fermented through exposure to wild yeasts and bacteria.
Food: Very much suited as an aperitif. Pairs wonderfully with desserts.
Awards: Silver medal on the Brussels Beer Challenge 2023 and Gold Medal on the World Beer Awards 2024
