Fermentation: They add home grown and hand picked raspberries, straight from the Pajottenland to lambic of at least one year old, about 350 gram per liter. Four months of maturing and fermenting together and a second fermentation in the bottle.

Origin: Lambic is a type of beer brewed in the Pajottenland region of Belgium southwest of Brussels. It is fermented through exposure to wild yeasts and bacteria.
Food: Very much suited as an aperitif. Pairs wonderfully with desserts like waffles.
