Style and Colour: Oude Gueuze
Taste: Typical sour and sweet balancing, it is slightly sweeter than the regular Gueuze due to the higher alcohol content.
Alcohol: 8.0 % ABV
Drinking Temperature: 8° C
Fermentation: It is blended from one, two and four year old strong lambic, which have all aged in French red wine oaken casks for several years at the brewery. This blend referments in the bottle and has been simmering for another 10 months before its release.

Origin: Lambic is a type of beer brewed in the Pajottenland region of Belgium southwest of Brussels. It is fermented through exposure to wild yeasts and bacteria.
Food: Very much suited as an aperitif.
