Fermentation: This lambic beer was produced using traditional methods and is a blend of 1, 2 and 3-year-old lambic aged in oak barrels and foeders. After bottling this blend, it undergoes a second fermentation in the bottle. Beer of spontaneous fermentation. Unfiltered. Non-pasteurized.
