Style and Colour: Quadruppel blond beer.
Taste: The palate is complex: a roundness marked by the special malts mingles with fruity esters from the top-fermenting yeasts. an exceptionally smooth and dry transition contrasts with its high degree of coolness. finally, the herkules and saaz hops, with their vegetal notes, complete this surprisingly full-flavoured quadrupel.
Alcohol: 9.2 % ABV
Drinking Temperature: 6 - 8° C
Fermentation: High fermentation beer with in-bottle re-fermentation.
The Brewery: 3 F brewery was founded in 2014 in Frameries (South Belgium).
Food: It goes very well with the products of hunting and all stews.
