Style and Colour: A blend of cherry and pinot noir beers.

Taste: Nice bitter-sour balance with orange and grapefruit flavours.

Alcohol: 5.7% ABV

Drinking Temperature:  6 - 8 ° C  

Fermentation: Collaboration with the Kamouraska restaurant-caviste in Annecy. Blending of a spontaneously fermented cherry beer with a pinot noir hopped saison. It undergoes a refermentation in the bottle.

The Brewery: Brasserie Chien Bleu was founded in 2016 in Geneva by Julien Manetti, then a medical student, who wanted to create surprising beers that combined tradition and modernity. 

Food: Excellent as an aperitif.
