Taste: Slightly acidic, fruity, with plum aromas.
Alcohol: 6.5% ABV
Drinking Temperature: 4 - 6° C
Fermentation: Blend of 3 beers with red fruits: beer with prunes from the Valais (60% of the blend), beer with pinot noir from Geneva and a spontaneous fermentation beer with cherries (20% of the blend). It undergoes a refermentation in the bottle.

Food: Excellent as an aperitif.
