Discover 3 beers that sublimate foie gras

Foie gras can be combined with certain beers.

Depending on the choice of beers, this combination can be magical!

Based on the advice of the best brewers, Beer My Guest has selected 3 beers to accompany foie gras during Christmas or New Year's Eve. They are amber or brown, with aromas of malt and caramel. They allow subtle and original combinations. Their acidity, freshness and sparkling taste cancel out the disadvantages of foie gras, namely excess fat and more difficult digestion.

Moinette Ambrée goes perfectly with foie gras and onion jam, thanks to its malt and hop aromas. Its caramel and toasted bread flavours, enhanced with a fruity note, sublimate the fatness. A must try!

Bush Ambrée is also an excellent choice to accompany foie gras. In addition to the aromas of caramel malt, its sweet bitter taste and high alcohol content (12% ABV) allows you to rinse your mouth, eliminating excess fat.

Liefmans Goudenband, a brown beer of the geuze type, complements the flavours of foie gras very well, thanks to its slightly caramelized malt aromas, enriched with fruity notes of nuts and raisins.

So don't hesitate to try these beers with foie gras. You will rediscover foie gras.
