Style and Colour: Strong Amber Beer 

Taste: Bitter-sweet taste, and a pleasing balanced caramel malt aroma.

Alcohol: 12 % ABV

Drinking Temperature:  8 - 10° C 

Fermentation: High fermentation 

The Brewery: Brasserie Dubuisson. Located in Pipaix, close to Tournai, in Belgium. Founded in 1769. It is one of the oldest Brewery in Wallonia.Their Bush beers names are simply the translation in English of their family French name Dubuisson. Their recipes have been unchanged for 80 years. They cultivate their own hops fields next to the brewery. They only use the water drawn from the brewery's well, below the brewery, which contributes to the specific character of the Bush beers.

Origin: Created in 1933 with the name BUSH BEER, the English translation for “bière Dubuisson".

Food:  Ideal for marinating red meat and poultry. Goes well with meat served with sauces, or foie gras, dark-chocolate desserts and strong cheese. Very digestive beer, also excellent after the meal.

    Amber beer with strong taste

    For me it is too strong but I appreciate the texture that is not the typical for a triple. It's more a meditation beer but do not drink with empty stomach

    A parte il tasso alcolico elevato, la Buh si distingue per una buona consistenza, un leggero pizzicorio. Adatta da bere in tranquillità, fori pasto, magari con formaggi saporiti e speziati
