Sapore: Il coriandolo e la scorza d'arancia aggiunti durante la bollitura del mosto conferiscono al profumo una nota speziata leggera ma discreta.
Alcol: 4.5 % ABV
Temperatura di servizio: 4 - 6 °C
Fermentazione: Prodotta con il 40% di frumento tenero. Gli aromi naturali di coriandolo e scorze di arancia amara vengono aggiunti durante il processo di produzione. Il metodo di produzione, che prevede l’infusione, è molto lento. La birra, non filtrata, viene imbottigliata e sottoposta a rifermentazione con lievito e zucchero da birra.

Cibo: Si abbina bene a carne di maiale, pesce bianco o pollame, formaggi a pasta molle o dolci cremosi.

Sehr mild im Geschmack Ein süffiges Sommerbier

Fresh, tasty beer
We had an appetizer and we brought this bottle on the table. Very fresh, serve chilled and we used a normal red wine glass to drink it. To keep it chilled, we also added few granit cubes that are normally used for whiskies. The beer is very refreshing and strng citrus taste.
