Noire mais légère
Devenue petit à petit plus qu'une invitée dans ma cave, elle a des similitudes avec l'exquise Troubadour: tout aussi intense, la Dottignies est moins dense, ses saveurs montrent du caractère et de la force. C'est un vrai privilège de l'avoir en bouche!

Amertume ennivrante
C'est ce léger amer qui me plait dans cette bière: juste ce qu'il faut, pas trop, parfaitement équilibrée. Elle est devenue un classique dans mes commandes maintenant!

fantastic and complex noir!
Very dark brown colour- but not completely black, i guess that's the impact of the multiple different malts used. Nice beige head that is quite thin but stable and stays for long time. Flavours of chocolate, dried fruits and molasses. But balanced with a slightly hoppy finish- which i absolutely loved. Not your typical dark belgian beer- i will for sure come back to this one!!!!
