Style and Colour: Belgian IPA

Taste:Bold first impression with strong hop bitterness. Floral and herbal notes
Citrus aromas. Light fruitiness from the Belgian yeast. Malt flavors that balance the bitterness. Long, persistent bitter finish that remains elegant.

Alcohol: 8.3 % ABV 

Drinking Temperature: 4 - 6 °C 

Fermentation: Hopus uses top-fermenting yeast. Brewed with five different hop varieties. Second fermentation in the bottle.

The Brewery: The Lefebvre Brewery is located in Quenast, South of Brussels. Founded in 1876 by Jules Joseph Lefebvre.

Food: Pairs well with spicy seafood (e.g., mussels with curry), rich cheeses like Comté and citrus desserts such as lemon meringue pie.
