Style and Colour: Coppery amber-brown beer matured in oak barrels that contained Bourgogne Nuits-St-Georges.

Taste: Rich, dense, fruity taste with aromas of Southwestern wine.

Alcohol: 13 % ABV

Drinking Temperature:  10 - 12° C 

Fermentation: High fermentation. Top fermentation beer that has undergone 3 fermentations.

The Brewery: Brasserie Dubuisson. Located in Pipaix, close to Tournai, in Belgium. Founded in 1769. It is one of the oldest Brewery in Wallonia.Their Bush beers names are simply the translation in English of their family French name Dubuisson. Their recipes have been unchanged for 80 years. They cultivate their own hops fields next to the brewery. They only use the water drawn from the brewery's well, below the brewery, which contributes to the specific character of the Bush beers.

Origin: Created in 2008, from amber beer, matured for 6 to 9 months in oak barrels that contained Bourgogne  Nuits-St-Georges.

Food:  Ideal to accompany fried foie gras, pâté or rillettes. It can also be enjoyed as an aperitif or as a digestive.
