Style and colour: Mixed fermentation beer 

Flavour: The nice tannic notes provided by the grape marc are a perfect match for the fruitiness and the delicate acidity. 

Alcohol: 6.6% ABV

Consumption temperature: 10° - 12 C (don't drink too cold to appreciate all the flavors)

Fermentation: A mixed fermentation beer matured in stoneware jars for one year with organic cabernet franc marc.

Brewery: A Tu-Tête 

Food: Excellent as an aperitif, with cheese or dessert.
