Style and colour: A blend of blond beers matured in oak barrels.

Flavour: Tropical fruit and citrus aromas with a nice acidity and woody notes.

Alcohol: 6.8% ABV

Consumption temperature: 5° C

Fermentation: Matured in oak barrels for a period ranging from 6 months to several years, before being blended. During maturation in barrels, wild yeasts and acidifying bacteria give the beers their wild and acidic character. We are talking about mixed fermentation.
