Taste: Tart, fruity, sweet and complex.

Drinking Temperature: 4 - 6° C
Fermentation: Collaboration with the brewery La Malpolon, in Lavérune (South of France). Rye season on Syrah marc, aged 11 months in barrels of local Swiss red wine. It undergoes a refermentation in the bottle.
The Brewery: Brasserie Chien Bleu was founded in 2016 in Geneva by Julien Manetti, then a medical student, who wanted to create surprising beers that combined tradition and modernity.
Origin: Collaboration with the brewery La Malpolon, in Lavérune (South of France).
Food: Excellent as an aperitif.
