Style and Colour: Blend of 1 and 2 year old Lambics with rhubarb.

Taste: Beer with a tangy and fruity taste.

Alcohol: 5.5 % ABV

Drinking Temperature: 12 - 15 ° C

Fermentation: The rhubarb is blended with a 2 year old Lambic. After the Lambic has extracted colours, aromas and flavours from the rhubarb, it will then be blended with a 1 year old Lambic, which will bring the necessary sugars for the second fermentation in the bottle.

The BreweryCantillon is a traditional lambic brewer and blender located in Anderlecht Brussels, founded in 1900 by Cantillon family. Since 1970, it is owned and led by Jean-Pierre Van Roy.

Origin: Lambic is a type of beer brewed in the Pajottenland region of Belgium southwest of Brussels. It is fermented through exposure to wild yeasts and bacteria. The name "Nath" is the first name (Nathalie) of Jean-Pierre Van Roy's wife, to whom he pays homage, and for whom this blend is his favourite beer. Nath is a nursery school teacher and the children in her class represent her every year on the year' s label.

Food: Excellent aperitif
